Problem Note 53009: Unzipping files during a data store migration fails with "ERROR: File is in use 'path'" and "WARNING: Skipping this package due to a package problem"

In SAS® OpRisk VaR, when you migrate a large data store, there might be a failure to unzip and extract the files. This problem occurs due to a limitation on the size of the zipped files, which is approximately 4GB or larger in a Windows environment and approximately 2GB or larger in a LAX environment. When this failure occurs, only a portion of the data store is imported, and some versions of the data are missing. Errors and warnings such as the following are generated:
ERROR: File is in use, path WARNING: Skipping this package due to a package problem.
